## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own interview operations across the company, ensuring every interview is thoughtfully coordinated and every candidate has an exceptional experience.
- Become the internal expert on Ashby by building automations, workflows, interview plans, templates, interview kits, dashboards, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to eliminate manual work, improve quality, and create leverage for the Talent team.
- Own the operational excellence of the Talent function by identifying friction, fixing issues, and building scalable processes.
- Partner with recruiters to build interview kits, standardize scorecards, and equip interviewers to make effective hiring decisions.
- Maintain data quality across Ashby, including reporting, candidate data, interview feedback, and recruiting metrics.
- Build recruiting dashboards covering funnel conversion, hiring velocity, interviewer health, and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement recruiting technologies that improve hiring quality and speed.
- Own onboarding from offer acceptance through Day One, partnering with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, and People Operations.
- Create memorable candidate touchpoints throughout the interview process.
- Learn sourcing and talent identification, eventually becoming a sourcing partner for priority searches.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise with Ashby, including automations, workflows, interview plans, interview kits, and reporting.
- Strong process and operational excellence orientation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hospitality mindset with candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and new hires.
- Curiosity about AI and recruiting technology.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional judgment and professional representation of the company.
- High agency and proactive problem-solving.
- Growth mindset and interest in developing sourcing and talent-identification skills.
