## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical backbone of the sales process, guiding prospects through solution evaluations and overcoming technical challenges.
- Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations addressing customer-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client solutions and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through implementation.
- Act as the go-to expert for technical inquiries, including security and compliance assessments.
- Share insights with product teams to help shape the roadmap and improve competitive positioning.
- Lead product enablement initiatives to empower internal teams and enhance effectiveness.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, with direct expertise in email service providers and/or retention marketing solutions.
- Strong technical acumen, including proficiency with APIs and SFTP.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or Python.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Looker, Salesforce, Jira, and RFP software.
- Curiosity, innovation, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- US base salary range: **$155,000–$190,000 annually**, plus commission, equity, and benefits.
