## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support the team with daily responsibilities and ad hoc projects so it can focus on strategic, high-impact efforts.
- Create clear, actionable project plans and memos.
- Lead cross-functional project and program initiatives from 0 to 1 with limited oversight.
- Analyze data sets and develop dashboards and reports.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct customer discovery and A/B testing.
- Support new business and product development through opportunity modeling.
- Synthesize complex information and data for decision-making.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.

## Requirements
- **3–4 years of experience** in consulting, banking, or startup business operations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience taking projects from 0 to 1 with little oversight and articulating the rationale and approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information and data.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Hard-working and comfortable in a high-intensity environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
