## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with human oversight through inspectability and transparency.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions driving user and business growth.
- Lead hands-on full-stack development for dynamic, user-centric experiences.
- Enable product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.
- Direct strategy for intuitive agentic applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive end-to-end AI feature development with scalable, reliable, performant systems.

## Requirements
- 5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Product mindset to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate based on data/feedback.
- Care for intuitive, trustworthy AI features.
- High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments.
- Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and design.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., **React**, **Angular**, **Vue.js**, **Ember**).
- 5+ years server-side web technologies (e.g., **Node.js**, **Java**, **Python**, **Scala**, **C#**, **C++**, **Go**).
- Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI, including RAG, prompt design, evaluation, monitoring AI quality and safety.
