Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Ashby’s Talent Trends strategy, editorial vision, content pillars, formats, cadence, and storytelling.
- Serve as the market-facing voice for Talent Trends by narrating findings, moderating panels, speaking at events, and representing the brand across reports, stages, screens, and other channels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data, Design, Leadership, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and website teams.
- Identify critical questions for recruiting and talent leaders and turn proprietary data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Bring Talent Trends insights to individual customers and prospects through personalized campaigns and relevant distribution.
- Improve design quality, insight development, publishing velocity, and multimedia distribution online and in person.
- Maintain a consistent Talent Trends brand across reports, live events, video, personalized campaigns, and web content.
- Write and execute copy for social media, landing pages, emails, and other marketing channels.
- Learn the Ashby platform and its differentiators well enough to incorporate product knowledge into content and confidently conduct a sales demo.
Requirements
- Strategic content leadership experience with end-to-end ownership of content programs.
- Strong, direct writing skills and the ability to translate complex data and analysis into accessible narratives.
- Data curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions about analysis and recruiting benchmarks.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders around scope, quality, and impact.
- Comfort representing a brand externally through written, audio, and video content, panels, and events.
- Charisma and confidence speaking in front of crowds and moderating panels.
- Ability to work autonomously in a low-meeting, high-ownership environment.
- Willingness to experiment beyond established content playbooks.
- Interest in learning SaaS products and incorporating product knowledge into marketing content.
