## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and drive relationships with robotics and automotive prospects; act as trusted advisor communicating value of Scale offerings.
- Manage top-of-funnel and mid-funnel activities: outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship management to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Coordinate networking events (hackathons, webinars, meetups, conferences) to build visibility in robotics and automotive community.
- Write tailored, personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings.
- Execute ad-hoc strategic projects end-to-end: research, planning, execution, handoff.
- Thrive in multi-tasking environment, adjust priorities quickly.
- Share industry trends and solutions knowledge.
- Collaborate with GTM, Operations, and Technical teams to update sales collateral.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in fast-paced software or technical environment.
- Ability to understand Scale’s product offerings and operations.
- Communicate technical solutions to business and technical audiences.
- Passion, creativity, excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong sales process and systems skills (**Slack**, **Salesforce**, **Outreach**, **Clari**).
- Build consultative relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Experience developing executive-level materials.
- Strong project management, detail orientation, organizational skills.
- Technical background highly valued.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD (San Francisco, New York, Seattle).
- Eligible for sales commissions, equity, comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, learning stipend, PTO, commuter stipend.
