## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and own Stripe’s Southeast Asia marketing strategy across priority markets and segments.
- Drive full-funnel impact, including pipeline creation, deal acceleration, customer acquisition, expansion, and long-term engagement.
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, Communications, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams on regional GTM plans.
- Create localized messaging, content, campaigns, and value propositions for executive buyers, technical decision-makers, and business leaders.
- Lead field marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), executive roundtables, industry forums, conferences, and field events.
- Build strategic ecosystems with technology partners, industry associations, VCs, accelerators, and media platforms.
- Track and optimize program performance, communicating insights and contributing best practices to APAC and global marketing programs.
- Surface market intelligence on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools for automation, target-list creation, and personalized outreach while maintaining data privacy and brand standards.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years focused on Southeast Asia.
- Experience in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Proven ability to design and execute regional strategies against full-funnel metrics.
- Experience marketing to enterprise, mid-market, or high-growth startup customers across diverse Southeast Asian markets.
- Experience with content development, executive engagement, vertical events, ecosystem partnerships, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience operating as a regional marketing owner while leveraging centralized teams, agencies, media, and contractors.
- Understanding of CRM systems, funnel reporting, data-driven marketing, ABM frameworks, and enterprise buying motions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Based in Singapore and willing to travel across Southeast Asia.

## Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese, or another Southeast Asian language.
- Experience marketing platform, API-driven, SaaS, fintech, or cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of Southeast Asian digital economy trends, fintech regulation, cross-border commerce, and embedded finance.
- Strong program management, analytical, and strategic recommendation skills.
- Experience working with industry associations, consulting firms, system integrators, government bodies, or ecosystem partners.
- Startup mentality, adaptability, operational discipline, creativity, and resourcefulness.
