## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work directly with Head of Growth to scale Meta ads program: creative testing, audience strategy, budget scaling, and performance optimization
- Automate repetitive processes and manual work by building systems, workflows, and integrations
- Contribute to growth stack including Clay workflows for enrichment, list building, personalization; HubSpot workflows and integrations
- Ship landing pages, websites, automations, internal tools independently
- Wire tools together with code, APIs, and webhooks
- Integrate AI into growth workflows for personalization and content generation at scale
- Force-multiply the SDR team with better data, targeting, and reduced manual work
- Identify, test, and scale new growth channels, funnels, and experiments; quickly kill underperforming ones
- Get involved in any activity that accelerates company growth

- Coding ability in React, Python, JavaScript, or SQL; comfortable with APIs, webhooks; can ship websites, landing pages, or automations without engineering support
- Experience building automations that eliminate manual work with examples of persistent systems created
- Proven ability to scale something that works by identifying high-leverage opportunities
- Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, attribution models; ability to tell stories with data
- Creative streak for novel growth ideas that get built and launched rapidly
- Hunger for fast-paced environment with quick shipping cycles (days, not quarters)
