## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- **Growth Experimentation and Optimization**: Create and iterate on product and marketing technical projects to help Warp grow 10x
- **Data Analysis and Product Knowledge**: Analyze growth metrics to inform sales, marketing, and product teams
- **Platform Engineering**: Build robust platform features, integrations, and dashboards combining existing Warp products and third-party data
- **Cross Functional Collaboration**: Work with sales, growth, product and engineering to identify, specify, document, and build
- **Rev Ops**: build and ship internal tools related to billing and revenue recognition

## Qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Startup experience as a founder, early engineer, or growth roles
- An understanding of B2B Marketing and Sales metrics and processes
- Strong expertise in programming
- Excellent communication skills
- High agency and the ability to figure things out

## Compensation
**On Target Earnings (OTE)**: $125,100–$202,000 plus equity based qualifications of candidate.
