## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Focus 100% on new customer acquisition in a primarily outbound-driven role.
- Prioritize regional EMEA accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, and build a strong pipeline.
- Manage a 360-degree sales cycle and exceed targets.
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
- Develop and circulate best practices in a collaboration-first environment.

## Requirements
- SDR/BDR experience in a purely outbound function.
- Account Executive closing experience.
- Strong written prospecting and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in prior roles.
- Competitive, adaptable, ambitious, collaborative, and curious mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.

## Nice to have
- Passion for design.
