## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and grow the Socure Intelligence Community by identifying and recruiting qualified members.
- Design and run high-impact in-person and virtual sessions that drive participation and repeat engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with senior fraud, identity, and risk leaders.
- Capture conversations and synthesize actionable themes and takeaways.
- Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations.
- Share community insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy to inform decisions and action.

## Requirements
- Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a bias toward action and a track record of execution.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging senior leaders.
- Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through.
- 5–8 years of experience in community, events, or customer-facing roles.
- Curiosity, energy, and the ability to connect people and ideas.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, fraud, or risk.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $130,000–$155,000.
