## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and drive impactful distributed-systems problems end-to-end, from inception through production launch.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-impact problems and projects.
- Raise engineering quality standards while keeping systems reliable and operationally lean.
- Mentor and grow engineers.

## Requirements
- Strong distributed-systems fundamentals and experience solving problems at scale.
- Java experience is a plus; the platform is Java-based.
- Ability to take ideas from concept through implementation and production delivery.
- Strong ownership of quality and customer experience, with focus on reliability, observability, performance, and ease of use.
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing priorities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with a constructive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools in everyday engineering workflows and eager to integrate AI into development, debugging, testing, and problem-solving.
