## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise meal solutions and be accountable for enterprise customer growth, retention, and activation.
- Serve as the executive voice for enterprise product strategy and business impact to the executive leadership team.
- Set investment priorities across a multi-product portfolio, balancing platform capabilities such as SSO, governance, integrations, and reporting with speed to market.
- Direct engineering, design, and data leadership to turn ambiguous enterprise requirements into a coherent, scalable product strategy.
- Define signals, thresholds, and playbooks for upsell opportunities, churn risk, and activation gaps, partnering with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success leadership.
- Define activation, retention, and customer-success metrics and translate insights into a clear narrative and plan.
- Lead and develop a multi-pod product management organization, setting direction and ensuring strong execution.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading admin, platform, or B2B products used by large organizations.
- 2+ years recruiting, managing, and developing product managers, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, including experience running a business unit or major product line across product, finance, and marketing.
- Experience building enterprise capabilities such as single sign-on, roles and permissions, billing and invoicing, and reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of administrator and decision-maker needs, including governance, security, integrations, and scale.
- Track record of using data and experimentation to drive measurable product improvements.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and executive leaders in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

## Compensation and Benefits
- National total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target: **$229,000–$321,000 annually**.
