## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Own a quota and full-cycle deals from first meeting through close
- Source pipeline through your network plus targeted outbound
- Lead discovery around call flows, booking rules, transfers, QA, and compliance constraints
- Build champions and multi-thread across Ops, Revenue, CX, and technical stakeholders
- Drive a structured deal process: mutual action plans, evaluation criteria, ROI, security, procurement
- Partner with Solutions and CS to scope pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting
- Capture product feedback and market intel from every conversation
- Represent Phonely at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

## What You'll Bring
- 5+ years closing experience (mid-market and/or enterprise)
- Demonstrable book of business with call center operators or executives
- Experience selling into insurance, home services, pay-per-call, BPOs, lead gen, or high-volume phone businesses
- Strong discovery and executive communication, outcomes over features
- Comfortable with technical topics at a practical level
- High ownership, strong follow-up, consistent deal control

## Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with call center leaders
- Experience with **Twilio**, **Ringba**, **Five9**, **Genesys**, **NICE**, **Talkdesk**, **Dialpad**, **Aircall**, **ServiceTitan**, **Salesforce**, or **HubSpot**
- Previous experience at an early-stage company
- Background in voice AI or conversational AI
