## Job Description

## You will contribute by
Serving as the strategic analytics partner to Hover's Marketing organization, supporting leaders across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Social, Events, and broader Go-To-Market efforts.

- Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that provides reliable visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, channel effectiveness, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
- Establish and evolve a trusted attribution framework that connects marketing investments to business outcomes.
- Partner directly with senior marketing leaders to identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact analytical initiatives.
- Conduct deep analyses that uncover opportunities to improve performance, optimize spend, and accelerate growth.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that drive alignment and action across teams.
- Help stakeholders ask better questions, frame problems effectively, and use data to guide decisions.
- Evaluate and improve marketing measurement processes, tooling, and reporting infrastructure.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

## Your background includes
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or related functions.
- Expertise using SQL to perform complex analyses independently.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Mode, or similar platforms.
- Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, or measurement systems from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel measurement, customer acquisition, and performance analytics.
- Experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions through data.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to tailor insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, actionable recommendations.

## Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multiple marketing functions simultaneously, such as Growth Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Experience within B2B SaaS, marketplace, or product-led growth environments.
