## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles, from pipeline to close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain high hiring standards.
- Get deep into the stack and product to assess candidate fit.
- Source, engage, and close candidates directly.
- Work with recruiter and eng leaders to improve interview loops and evaluation processes.
- Ensure candidate touchpoints reflect company values: fast, thoughtful, respectful.

## Requirements
- 4+ years full-cycle recruiting with track record hiring engineers, ideally at startups or high-growth companies.
- Ability to evaluate engineers across disciplines (backend, infra, AI/ML) and calibrate with leaders.
- Strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates.
- Experience improving interview processes and evaluation frameworks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities.
- Clear, sharp communicator in writing, calls, and debriefs.
