## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define a long-term product roadmap that balances unique client needs with platform efficiency, moving beyond one-off customizations to build a repeatable, scalable system.
- Architect a seamless UX that distills complex logic into clear interactions, ensuring members understand how to navigate benefits and choose recommended providers.
- Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch, defining success metrics and rallying the team around outcomes.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally on a search product or within a complex B2B2C healthcare environment.
- High degree of autonomy and an "owner" mindset with the ability to take a complex, unscoped problem to resolution.
- Ability to partner deeply with engineers and data scientists to architect complex logic systems and determine how backend data translates into seamless member-facing experiences.
- Strong analytical foundation and data-first approach to decision-making, using metrics to navigate difficult trade-offs.
- Experience translating patterns across disparate client requirements into a unified, scalable platform.
- Ability to use SQL, Figma and AI prototyping tools to solve problems independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical complexity into clear narratives for designers, engineers, clients, and executives.
- Desire to be part of a high-performing team that operates with intense urgency, strong individual accountability, and commitment to authentic feedback.

## Compensation
Target base range: $143,000-$165,000. Eligible for equity incentive and competitive benefits including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
