## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Regional Growth Engine: Drive Central and Eastern Europe B2B growth through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences.
- Local Events: Own end-to-end local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Localization & Messaging: Adapt global voice to resonate with Spanish and Italian business cultures.

## Requirements
- Fluent Polish and English speaker.
- Ownership Pedigree: Implemented marketing projects from start to finish with accountability for ROI.
- Entrepreneurial Background: Strong drive and history of high engagement, ideally in entrepreneurial or high-stakes environments.
- Thrives in Chaos: Energized by dynamic environments and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Jack of All Trades: Broad knowledge in growth marketing, including analysis, performance, campaign planning, and event organizing.
- DRI Mentality: Act as the local Directly Responsible Individual for all marketing operations.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
- Product marketing sense and design skills.
- Deep understanding of the Southern European tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
