## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and close new business opportunities in the German market.
- Build and manage pipeline in partnership with SDRs and marketing.
- Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution presentations.
- Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and customer experience.
- Consistently hit and exceed ARR targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline using Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product.

## Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership.
- Strong track record of closing new business.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
- Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting.
- Fluent German and English.
