## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Commission and calibrate Lumafield scanners.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs at customer sites.
- Travel frequently to customer sites (approximately 75%).
- Maintain the in-house scanner fleet when not working in the field.
- Troubleshoot, tune, and calibrate production systems with engineering teams.
- Refine standard operating procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials and safety guidelines.
- Follow written procedures and identify deviations or problems.
- Write service reports and clearly communicate situations and issues to teammates providing remote support.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, customer success, and fleet operations teams.

## Requirements
- Experience with computer, electrical, and mechanical systems, including sensors and actuators.
- Comfortable using common hand tools, such as drills and torque wrenches.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional communication with customers and suppliers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Enjoys collaborating across teams.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience troubleshooting computer, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- IT skills.
- Linux proficiency.
- Experience in customer-facing environments.
- Hands-on prototype integration and troubleshooting, including soldering, crimping, and testing.
