## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for the GTM organization across Sales, Partnerships/BD, Growth, and occasionally Operations and other business functions.
- Assess GTM candidates for quota attainment, deal-cycle ownership, territory and segment fluency, and consultative selling.
- Build top-of-funnel talent pipelines through outbound recruiting, talent intelligence, and structured screens, work samples, and calibrated rubrics.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene for revenue roles.
- Operationalize hiring systems and optimize funnel metrics by role and segment.
- Drive fast decisions, offers, and a strong candidate experience in a competitive GTM talent market.
- Represent Mercor externally to prospective GTM candidates.
- Collaborate on dashboards, metrics, and process automation using Hex and recruiting systems.

## Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles, including Account Executives, Data Acquisition, Growth, and GTM Associates.
- Understanding of strong GTM hiring profiles, including market research, account prospecting, deal cycles, territory dynamics, and consultative versus transactional sales motions.
- Ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Outcome-oriented approach suited to a hypergrowth environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with GTM leadership, Account Leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Confidence representing the company brand to highly competitive GTM candidates.
- Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new recruiting tools and systems.

## Nice to Have
- Recruiting experience at an AI, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
- Experience as a founding recruiter or early-stage startup builder.
- Interest in human data and AGI.
- Comfort adapting to shifting hiring needs across Operations, Strategy, and other business functions.
