## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sales, including outbound prospecting, closing new logos, and expanding existing accounts.
- Sell across SMB and mid-market segments, balancing high-velocity sales cycles with complex enterprise-oriented deals.
- Build go-to-market playbooks, sales assets, and the revenue operations stack with the Founder.
- Help shape and scale the global sales team.

## Requirements
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS to SMB and mid-market customers.
- Experience at an early-stage startup, including building sales processes from scratch.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling to CFOs or other finance leaders in Europe.
