## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Generate new revenue by onboarding mid-market advertisers onto the Agentio ad platform as an individual contributor.
- Own the full sales funnel and customer journey, from prospecting and closing through advertiser success and account growth.
- Educate prospective customers on YouTube and creator-led sponsored content advertising.
- Build relationships with analytical, data-driven brand partners, media buyers, performance marketers, brands, and agencies.
- Conduct systematic, personalized prospecting and generate 15+ outbound meetings per week.
- Develop and execute sales plans to exceed targets.
- Help create scalable brand-sales playbooks and processes.
- Partner with the creator partnerships team to optimize creator-brand fit.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend enhancements.
- Present concise, persuasive pitches to C-level executives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain detailed CRM updates.

## Requirements
- 8–20+ years of digital advertising sales experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, YouTube AdSense, and/or creator advertising integrations.
- Experience selling to media buyers and performance marketers at mid-market companies, enterprises, and agencies.
- Experience selling mid- and lower-funnel ad units or channels.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets, including achievements such as President’s Club or consistent promotions.
- Ability to manage complete sales cycles, including outreach, legal and procurement, closing, and expansion.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for the influencer and creator space, especially YouTube.
- Ability to engage and partner with C-level executives at brands and agencies.
- Understanding of direct brand sales and agency relationship development.
- Organized, nimble, self-directed, ambitious, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Passion for AI and experience incorporating AI or LLM technology into workflows.
- Ability to work in-office five days per week.
