## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end implementations of Ashby’s solution for new strategic, predominantly enterprise customers.
- Define implementation plans, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver against agreed expectations.
- Manage multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently while tracking milestones.
- Guide customers through change management and adoption of new systems and workflows.
- Advise customers on software usage best practices to maximize value.
- Proactively identify recurring customer opportunities and improve implementation processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Serve as a customer advocate and communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders.
- Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
- Travel as needed.

## Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products, multi-step workflows, core workflows, and system integrations.
- Customer-facing experience combining technical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with change management and helping customers adopt new systems and approaches.
- Clear, precise communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, process improvement, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Technical proficiency, adaptability, and attention to detail.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby or applicant tracking systems.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $94,000–$142,000.
- Competitive compensation.
