## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own design execution for platform features and workflows from discovery through delivery, including draw management, budget tracking, and compliance surfaces.
- Lead customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups at appropriate levels of fidelity.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, understood, and implemented faithfully.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, improving shared components and patterns.
- Communicate design decisions and trade-offs in terms of user needs and business outcomes.
- Use data and behavioral insights to validate and iterate on design solutions.
- Support junior designers through informal feedback and collaboration.

## Requirements
- 2–4+ years of product or UX design experience in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience independently handling end-to-end design for product features, from research and problem framing through execution and QA.
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, including generative and evaluative research.
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem framing and well-executed design solutions.
- Clear, confident communication and ability to present work, defend decisions, and incorporate feedback.

- Use AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and speed.
- Apply AI to drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic insights.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: **$100,000–$125,000**.
