## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth across all channels throughout the East Coast region.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Regional Sales Managers.
- Coach the sales team on MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Command of the Message methodologies.
- Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Set sales targets, assess performance, and adjust strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit and hire top enterprise sales talent.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
- Build and close seven-figure deals with Fortune 100 and other enterprise customers.
- Travel as needed.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, focused on hunter roles, new customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
- 4+ years managing enterprise sales teams, including hiring and training talent at scale.
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities through closure.
- Consistent over-attainment of quotas totaling $1M in annual recurring revenue.
- Experience working in small, fast-growing companies.
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Knowledge of and interest in the physical security industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to win.
