## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create high-volume visual assets for product launches, social channels, educational content, campaigns, partnerships, landing pages, and presentation decks.
- Translate product capabilities and campaign ideas into compelling creative concepts and visual directions.
- Design and iterate assets for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and other platforms across multiple formats and aspect ratios.
- Use generative AI for ideation, image generation, exploration, iteration, and production; experiment with new models and tools.
- Collaborate with Motion Designers and a Video Editor to maintain consistency across static, motion, and video work.
- Help develop Creative Fabrica AI's visual identity and practical brand guidelines.
- Build reusable templates, components, and design systems that enable scalable creative production.
- Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to improve creative approaches and stay current with design trends and visual culture.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and visual craft.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent professional design tools.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for visual creation.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for digital and social channels.
- Experience maintaining brand consistency across varied assets.
- Ability to work with high creative velocity, test concepts, and iterate effectively.
- Proactive ownership and ability to develop creative directions from broad objectives.
- Good written and spoken English.

## Nice to have
- Advanced generative AI image workflows or repeatable AI-assisted creative processes.
- Performance creative experience, including organic social or paid advertising creative.
- Creative testing or performance marketing knowledge.
- Motion design, basic video editing, landing-page design, or web design skills.
- Experience in a startup, growth team, agency, AI, SaaS, technology, or consumer-product environment.
