## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and engage engineering and technical talent across multiple disciplines and experience levels.
- Use advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand technical requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Track and analyze pipeline data to optimize sourcing approaches.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, and changing team needs.

## Requirements
- Exceptional technical literacy, including comfort with complex technical conversations, nuanced skill sets, and software and AI architectures.
- Experience sourcing talent in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Interest in adopting AI tools, automating workflows, and experimenting with AI-assisted sourcing.
- Creativity and resilience when designing sourcing strategies and addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
- Curiosity, iteration, and an impact-oriented mindset.

## Compensation
- Annual salary range: $150,000–$185,000.
