## Job Description

## What you'll do
- Own the architecture and administration of core enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
- Build robust automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to eliminate manual IT processes and engineer zero-touch onboarding and offboarding.
- Drive identity and access management strategy by implementing and maintaining SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC.
- Build AI-assisted workflows and tooling that accelerate IT operations, cross-platform troubleshooting, and scripting.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex identity, MDM, and authentication challenges, partnering with Security.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end from scoping and architecture through production.

## What you need
- 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering or systems administration experience in a high-growth technology environment.
- Deep technical expertise managing and scaling identity providers like Okta and complex enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and LLM tools (such as WRITER, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to accelerate IT documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and operations.
- Proven ability to evaluate emerging platforms quickly and make sharp build-vs-buy recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for any audience.
- Drive to connect with cross-functional partners, challenge existing processes, and own system reliability.
