## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting.
- Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.

## Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Founder mindset and willingness to take risks in an uncertain environment.
