> The Subrogation Customer Support Specialist handles inbound calls, creates new claim files, and identifies potential subrogation claims. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

## Job Description

## What you’ll do

* Answer inbound ACD call line and provide prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies.
* Create new claim files with accurate and complete information.
* Regularly accesses client systems to gather information used to create inventory.
* Uses multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently.
* Will be available to work the hours of 9a - 6p, 10a -7p or 11am - 8pm EST times.

## What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, legal, property and casualty or related fields is preferred.
* Professional communication skills
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to new tasks
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Word and Excel proficiency required

## Pay range:

$25.00/hour with quartelty bonus opportuntiy. This is a non-exempt position.
