It requires product marketing experience in public sector segments, technical fluency in conversational agents, and the ability to manage launches across regions and regulatory environments.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government.
- Scale the narrative across regions, including national and local government in the UK, EU, federal, state, and local government in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and other markets.
- Anchor messaging in citizen outcomes, including non-emergency contact centers (311), benefits and eligibility, health and social services, licensing, and permitting.
- Position the solution for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, security, and data residency mandates.
- Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.

## Requirements
- Experience scaling messaging into government and public sector segments from a growth or product marketing role.
- Experience selling or marketing into more than one public sector segment.
- Technical ability to become an internal expert on conversational agents, including latency, telephony, tool calls, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Excellent project management across multiple countries, regulatory regimes, and simultaneous launches.
- Initiative, autonomy, and a focus on learning and contribution.
