## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing across multiple functions.
- Screen CVs and pre-qualify potential candidates.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards.
- Engage passive talent through personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Help create employer-branding content to attract candidates.
- Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies.

## Requirements
- Current student interested in starting a career in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people and technology.
- Curious, proactive, and organized, with willingness to learn new tools and take initiative.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English.
