> Builds and owns full-stack products for the Physical AI data stack, with a focus on high-performance frontend experiences, 3D visualisation, and spatial or sensor data. The role requires strong software engineering experience, Python or TypeScript proficiency, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance frontend experiences, including rendering complex 3D scenes with thousands of objects at smooth frame rates.
- Work across the full stack, from backend data pipelines and storage systems to frontend visualisation and interaction.
- Own projects end to end, from product and architectural decisions through deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact.
- Work with visual, spatial, and sensor data to model the physical world.
- Tackle complex domains at massive scale using simple, well-crafted solutions.
- Take initiative, solve problems proactively, and continuously seek improvements.

## Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, with particular strength in complex, high-performance frontend work.
- Experience personally developing and maintaining multiple systems from scratch, with a deep understanding of reliability, performance, and delivery trade-offs.
- Comfort rendering complex 3D scenes, working with spatial and sensor data, and optimising browser performance.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, and containerised deployment with Kubernetes.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces and make decisions without predefined solutions.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to help teammates improve.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with 3D rendering, WebGL, or similar technologies for visualising spatial or sensor data.
- Experience with React.
- Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or Physical AI.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary, commission, and meaningful equity.
- Strong in-person culture, with most of the team working from the London office four or more days per week.
- 25 days of annual leave plus UK public holidays.
- Annual learning and development budget.
- Travel for customer visits, events, and conferences across the UK and Europe.
- Company lunches twice a week.
- Monthly socials and bi-annual team offsites.
