> The Founder’s Associate will partner with Beam’s founders to identify, develop, and execute creative projects spanning content, campaigns, collaborations, and founder-led initiatives. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, strong creative judgment, AI fluency, and professional German and English proficiency.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify creative opportunities, emerging platforms, and formats where Beam can show up authentically.
- Develop fresh ideas and turn them into campaigns, content, collaborations, founder-led initiatives, and other creative projects.
- Independently create concepts, coordinate the right people, and drive projects through execution.
- Use AI tools to explore, prototype, and execute creative work faster.
- Experiment with unconventional ideas, evaluate results, and apply learnings to future projects.
- Track projects from ideation through execution, measure impact, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Work closely with the founders to translate Beam’s vision and perspectives into compelling creative initiatives.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing technology, startup, or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and emerging formats.
- Curiosity about people, culture, technology, brands, and attention-driving ideas.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and creating structure.
- Excited about AI and curious about how new tools can transform creative work.
- Strong creative judgment and alignment with Beam’s brand.
- Based in Berlin.
- Professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken.

## Nice-to-haves
- Portfolio or track record of initiated and executed professional or personal projects.
- Experience with AI creative tools for experimentation, prototyping, or content production.
- Experience working directly with founders, leadership teams, or fast-moving teams.
- Storytelling, visual communication, or content creation experience.
