## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, managing full-funnel campaigns from awareness through retargeting and conversion.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, including pacing, forecasting, budget-versus-actuals analysis, and investment recommendations.
- Apply and refine paid acquisition measurement, attribution, and budget-allocation frameworks.
- Lead creative strategy and testing by briefing studios and agencies, structuring experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining a learning roadmap.
- Develop paid marketing playbooks and AI-powered workflows, including campaign briefs, copy variants, audience research, and reusable systems.
- Identify, test, and validate new media channels and formats, defining success criteria and scale-or-stop decisions.
- Partner with Web Marketing on landing pages, message match, and post-click conversion.
- Collaborate with Brand and Influencer teams to translate organic and influencer content into paid campaigns.
- Work with Engineering on pixels, tracking, platform troubleshooting, and implementation QA.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Web teams to align campaigns and inform creative strategy.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, performance marketing agency, or high-growth consumer organization.
- Deep paid social expertise and experience testing and scaling new acquisition channels.
- Full-funnel ownership across at least two major paid social platforms, including hands-on campaign building, audience targeting, creative testing, bid and budget management, and significant budget responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong creative testing and experimentation skills, including translating performance data into creative direction.
- Practical, consistent use of AI tools for marketing workflows and demonstrated AI-driven team efficiencies.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong attribution judgment in imperfect measurement environments.

## Compensation
- Denver and Scottsdale: $108,570-$133,000 per year.
- San Francisco and New York: $131,430-$161,000 per year.
- Benefits and equity are provided to full-time employees.
