## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute the Performance Excellence cycle, tracking milestones, coordinating communications and reminders, managing Workday cycle logistics, validating configurations, testing launches, resolving basic user issues, and maintaining employee and manager resources.
- Coordinate Employee Voice and pulse surveys, including distribution lists, completion tracking, reminders, results delivery, survey calendars, data-quality checks, anonymity thresholds, dashboards, and action-item follow-through.
- Administer the Voice AI 360 platform, including dashboards, whitelisting, invitations, provider coordination, and completion monitoring.
- Liaise with Procurement and Finance on SOW reviews, purchase orders, budgets, and vendor invoicing.
- Support talent reviews and succession planning through meeting materials, participant lists, and data templates.
- Maintain talent playbooks, internal resource pages, instructional guides, and FAQs.
- Produce reports, monitor participation and anonymized insights dashboards, escalate issues, and recommend operational improvements.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, communications, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong attention to accuracy involving employee data, timelines, and anonymity requirements.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a major plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to incorporate AI tools into daily workflows and adapt to emerging HR technology.
- Experience working with Procurement, Legal, and Finance on vendor onboarding, contracts, and budgets.

## Nice-to-haves
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience with Workday, Qualtrics, or AI-powered survey and feedback applications.
- Experience administering AI-driven talent-development or conversational-feedback platforms.
- Experience in a high-growth or global corporate environment.
- Canva or similar basic design experience.
- Workday HCM certification or equivalent training.
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project-management credential.

## Compensation
- ATS-listed salary range: $114,000–$149,100 annually.
