## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted Identity Coach, providing technical guidance, advice, enablement, and best-practice sharing.
- Learn customers’ businesses, strategies, goals, challenges, and technical landscapes through the lens of identity.
- Build and nurture relationships with developers, engineering leads, application builders, product owners, and C-level executives.
- Lead executive and technical customer meetings covering delivered value, current initiatives, future-state plans, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement while proactively addressing risks and escalations.
- Develop customer adoption strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze trends and optimize customer outcomes.
- Educate customers on new product features and align roadmaps to improve their experience.
- Represent customer needs and feedback within the company.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of total information technology experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or comparable technical practitioner in customer identity or identity and access management.
- Working proficiency with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.
- Experience consuming APIs and using HTTP request methods.
- Understanding of custom consumer and SaaS applications, including web and native architectures, user experience considerations, and integration patterns.
- Experience with security and performance monitoring and third-party signal integrations such as SIEM and WAF.
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats and challenges.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-based services, including adoption, integration, and ongoing use.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and application-builder practices.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing enterprise customer relationships and escalations.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives or projects.
- Strong presentation, whiteboarding, diagramming, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders from developers to C-level executives and influence customer behavior and health metrics.

- United Kingdom annual on-target compensation: **£79,000–£108,000 GBP**.
