## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Assess the assigned territory of approximately 10 large enterprise accounts across the Nordics and develop an execution strategy.
- Drive quarter-over-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
- Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Identify new use-case opportunities and demonstrate value to existing customers.
- Promote the value of the Data Intelligence Platform.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in open source, data platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, observability, cloud infrastructure, or cloud security.
- Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct-sales role.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets or quotas.
- Advanced understanding of MEDDPICC and value selling.
- Prospecting research skills and the ability to map key stakeholders.
- Business fluency in English and a Nordic language.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
