Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, including digital campaigns, social content, video, and print.
  • Oversee resource management and capacity planning across the creative team, optimizing internal and external talent utilization.
  • Coordinate between creative, growth, media, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Propose, implement, and document scalable workflow processes that improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Identify risks and blockers early and implement solutions to keep work on track.
  • Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, and postmortems.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with project goals, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage vendors and contracting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, creative operations, or project management, ideally in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Experience managing digital-first campaigns and deliverables; video and print experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly through presentations, spreadsheets, and written materials.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and refine systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of agency-style workflows, timelines, and team dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Calm, proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing complexity and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base compensation: $155,000–$190,000 USD annually.
  • Hybrid role requiring onsite work in the New York hub three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Travel 2–3 times per year for company or department offsites.
