## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Client Leadership Support
- Partner with management teams to execute HR programs and initiatives and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Assess organizational health and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Use people metrics to inform decisions about growth and retention.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers on organizational change, performance decisions, talent development, engagement, communications, and program rollouts.
- Lead coaching and feedback efforts and provide recommendations based on experience and HR expertise.
- Build cross-functional relationships that support communication, collaboration, and effective workflows.

### AI-Driven HRBP Transformation
- Support evaluation, piloting, and deployment of AI/ML tools for the People organization.
- Optimize HRBP workflows and design scalable, AI-augmented solutions to reduce administrative burden.
- Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights on talent growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

### Global Employee Relations and Program Execution
- Lead complex employee relations cases, including workplace investigations and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with People Team specialists, HRBPs, and managers to execute performance management and compensation planning programs.
- Support international mobility and cross-border employment matters as needed.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of related experience in human resources, preferably in SaaS or high technology.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting technical, customer-facing, and corporate employees and managers.
- Experience managing complex global employee relations cases and organizational programs.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve HR process efficiency.
- Experience working with global and distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and program or project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain strong attention to detail.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$110,000–$166,100 USD**.
- May be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
