## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for dental practice prospects.
- Use email, phone, and other creative channels for outbound prospecting.
- Track sales activity in Salesforce and other software tools.
- Overcome objections, present Dandy’s value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales process.
- Work with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
- Partner with Account Executives on client handoffs.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment.
- Experience with cold calling; SMB experience is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn through rigorous training.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and ramp up quickly.
- Experience with standard sales tools and interest in implementing tools that streamline the sales process.
- Demonstrated professional and academic success.
