## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end executive search processes for VP+ roles, from intake through offer and close.
- Advise hiring executives and leadership on search strategy, candidate profiles, and market mapping.
- Build and manage proactive pipelines of senior leadership talent through direct sourcing, market research, and external networks.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, competency-based interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage complex, confidential, multi-stakeholder search processes with discretion and executive presence.
- Partner with People teams on compensation strategy, offer construction, and negotiation for senior hires.
- Represent the employer brand and leadership hiring standards in candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Improve executive hiring processes, tools, and market intelligence.

## Requirements

- Significant executive recruiting experience, ideally combining retained/executive search agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience.
- Track record of closing VP-and-above leadership searches in complex, fast-moving organizations.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong market knowledge and an active technology industry network.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate highly confidential searches.
- Strong assessment and interviewing skills, including evaluation of leadership capability.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for external executive audiences.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach with confidence to advise and challenge senior stakeholders.

## Compensation and Benefits

- U.S. base salary: **$87,000–$171,000 USD**.
- Total compensation and benefits may include equity, employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks of fully paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
- Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
