Licensing Senior Associate
Supports end-to-end provider licensing across the U.S., improving workflows, developing SOPs, tracking metrics, and coordinating with providers and cross-functional healthcare teams. Requires at least three years of licensing or healthcare operations experience and familiarity with relevant state requirements.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end cycle of licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S., ensuring all requirements are met for approval.
- Streamline licensing processes through automation suggestions, new tools, workflow optimization, and step improvements.
- Develop and implement SOPs for new state or provider licensing.
- Assist with managing and uptraining the contract licensing team.
- Track licensing metrics and report progress, roadblocks, and updates; recommend improvements to reporting.
- Provide direct support to Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists, and manage licensing communications.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to share updates, reprioritize work, and gather input.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with licensing processes and state requirements for Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, or therapists.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, changing environments.
- Interest in building processes from the ground up.
- Comfort learning and using new technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability when facing new challenges.
