## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support sales training and enablement programs across onboarding, product training, sales skills, process reinforcement, and ongoing readiness.
- Facilitate live and virtual training, onboarding, role plays, call reviews, workshops, and reinforcement activities.
- Translate sales strategy, product knowledge, messaging, systems, and processes into practical learning experiences.
- Create and maintain presentations, one-pagers, job aids, talk tracks, role-play scenarios, call-review guides, onboarding resources, and Docebo eLearning content.
- Maintain enablement platforms and content systems, including Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo.
- Organize and curate Gong calls, playlists, tags, and examples for sellers and managers.
- Support Seismic and SharePoint content organization and governance.
- Identify and implement AI use cases that improve seller workflows and productivity.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Learning and Development, and subject matter experts.
- Support enablement projects, content updates, platform maintenance, feedback collection, and process improvements.

## Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing revenue role.
- At least 1 year in a sales closing environment.
- Understanding of sales motions, customer conversations, prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and revenue execution.
- Ability to facilitate training sessions, group discussions, practice exercises, role plays, and call reviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating clear presentation content using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Comfort using AI tools to create content, summarize information, brainstorm, and develop learning resources.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, coachable, and proactive working style.
- Willingness to learn and maintain sales and learning platforms.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, SharePoint, Docebo, or similar platforms.
- Prior sales enablement, instructional design, or formal training experience.
