## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Handle global information requests, including document intake, processing, and tracking, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Initially focus predominantly on EMEA casework.
- Collaborate with Law Enforcement Response Team members in the U.S., EMEA, and Singapore to prioritize requests and ensure consistency in operations.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in handling legal requests.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the Safety Team to provide timely responses to emergency requests from around the world.
- Identify anomalies or unusual patterns in requests and escalate ambiguous policy issues as needed.
- Maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with teammates and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work on repetitive tasks while managing multiple priorities.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, focusing on detail and organization.

## Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Experience working with user information requests, legal documents, or legal education.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
- Passion for protecting user privacy and freedom of expression.
- Collaborative mindset with perseverance, determination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort navigating ambiguous policy escalations and making sound decisions.
- Availability to work weekends, with potential schedules including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday. Shifts may change to as early as 6 a.m. or finish as late as 8 p.m., with notice.

## Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Safety or Legal Operations role at a technology company, or as a paralegal, litigation support professional, or equivalent.
- Experience with European LERT workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to spot anomalies or unusual patterns in data or requests.
- Strong ownership, optimism, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
