## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end airfreight operations in alignment with company strategy, global policies, and customer requirements.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for shipment exceptions, resolving issues with urgency and sound judgment.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure SOP compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain data accuracy and timely milestone updates across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee billing accuracy and cost control, resolving invoice disputes promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and review vendor and carrier performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives, including carrier integrations, client onboarding, and system or process upgrades.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.
- Supervise a small team of associates and foster collaboration across departments.
- Act as squad lead when required and build capabilities for future leadership responsibilities.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of air freight processes, including import and export handling.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
