## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive automation and system improvements to scale localization programs from 0-to-1 and beyond.
- Own metrics for the localization vertical to improve strategy, decision-making, and prioritization.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and language partners to develop localization strategy and roadmaps.
- Establish workflows and tooling that increase localization throughput and quality.

## Requirements
- Experience crafting localization strategy and systems for new features and experiences with Product, Design, and Engineering partners.
- Track record of building and leading localization programs in a cross-functional consumer app environment.
- Proficiency managing and scaling workloads with technology, including AI, CMSs, and CAT tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to define goals and metrics and translate insights into engineering requirements and scalable workflow specifications.

## Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with localization quality frameworks and ecosystems.
- Familiarity with internationalization engineering concepts, including Unicode handling and message formats in consumer applications.
- Experience supporting international product growth in emerging or high-complexity language markets.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $142,800–$193,200 USD.
- Equity compensation supplements the base salary.
- Employee benefits are available.
