## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source talent through outbound email campaigns, in-person events, and other methods to identify top full-stack engineers.
- Partner with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle: initial calls, evaluation, offer negotiation.
- Drive an inclusive, AI-augmented, data-driven recruiting process with exceptional candidate experience.
- Shape employer brand as a key ambassador for Fractional AI.

## Requirements
- Proven success hiring Staff, Principal, and Senior Engineers at early-stage companies.
- Empathy to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Data-driven problem-solving: run experiments, leverage data for decisions.
- Track record building inclusive recruiting infrastructure.
- Technical fluency (e.g., understand Kubernetes, React).
- Unrelenting reliability and attention to detail.
- Obsession with building leverage through automation and AI.
