## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support the Capital Markets team in live transactions through modeling, structuring, internal memos, lender communication, document review, and document execution.
- Evaluate the impact of funding strategies in the context of the broader corporate strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, including product expansion, financial partnerships, bank partnerships, and issuing partnerships.
- Evaluate economic outcomes and capital implications of new products and commercial agreements.
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of warehouse facilities and ABS facilities.
- Own the suite of Capital Markets models.
- Ensure the accuracy of Capital Markets data tapes and assist with rearchitecting them for product changes.
- Identify ways to automate and streamline processes for greater efficiency and scalability.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sell-side or buy-side ABS trading, securitization, asset financing, leveraged finance, or coverage banking, preferably FIG.
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative data analytics skills.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with a high regard for precision.
- Relationship-minded, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in small, collaborative, and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to blend strategic and tactical skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools.

- Salary range: $104,000–$192,000 annually.
